KEYKROP retains full copyright. Clients receive a comprehensive license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, internal communications, social media, websites). Full copyright transfer can be negotiated separately for an additional fee.
Yes. We serve clients across South Africa, from major metros to remote locations. Travel fees apply outside of [Gauteng]. Contact us with your location, and we’ll provide a transparent travel quote.
We use professional-grade camera equipment, studio and location lighting, high-end audio capture, and drone equipment where permitted.
Yes. KEYKROP fully complies with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not share or store client or subject data unnecessarily. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request before we begin work.
Always. Every booking is confirmed with a detailed service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and payment terms. No surprises.
We provide full on-set direction for posing, expressions, and positioning. A stylist is not required, but we’re happy to collaborate with yours if preferred. A prep guide is sent before every session.

Yes. Standard editing includes color grading, exposure correction, and subtle retouching. Advanced retouching (e.g., full skin, object removal, composites) is available at an additional cost, refer to our pricing guide.
Yes. KEYKROP carries both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request for venue or client requirements.
